Installation
Our service engineers and technicians can install and maintain different brands of air-con and are highly skilled. They have been trained directly by the manufacturers.
The installation includes a free on-site visit and pricing is on a quotation basis.
Chemical Overhaul
If the performance of your air-con unit does not improve by general maintenance alone, our chemical cleaning service provides a total chemical wash of internal air-con parts such as fan coil, drainage device, and all other parts.
This ensures a leak-free and high-performing unit, cutting power usage and extending its lifespan.

For residential units, we recommend servicing them every 3 months. For commercial units, we recommend every 1-2 months.

The blinking/flashing of the indicator light usually indicates a fault with the air conditioning system. It may lead the air conditioner to switch off by itself. It is a protective function to prevent the air conditioner from further damage.

There can be many causes for this problem. One of the most common causes is when the filters or drainage pipe is blocked. It prevents the condensation from exiting smoothly into the pipe That is when your aircon will start leaking.
Avoid having problems by regularly servicing your aircon so that problems like this can be identified and fixed asap.

Definitely! Washing filters and cleaning the fan coil cover can be done by yourself.
However, for your safety, it is not recommended to personally try fixing other air-conditioner issues. It is best to contact your air conditioner servicing provider to ensure your aircon is thoroughly serviced.
Aircon chemical overhaul is needed if your unit is badly choked – water leak, making loud noises. Chemical overhaul can thoroughly cleanse individual components that general servicing cannot do.
British Thermal Units (BTU). It is the standard measurement of heat that an aircon unit can remove from the area. You will need to know the BTU needed for your room before purchasing an aircon. Choose the right BTU as an oversized or undersized BTU will affect your cooling experience.
